The HF GAP NEW Series is a family of inks designed for printing on polyester membranes, offering excellent printability and adhesion on membranes. It also offers outstanding adhesion to hard-coated acrylics when used with D-Hardener.
Developed with the environment in mind, this series boats low levels of CI ( Under 900ppm) and Br( Under 900ppm), with total halogen content under 1500ppm.

Ink type :Air-drying ink blended with polyester resin.
Also viable as a two-part reaction type inks with addition of D-Hardener.
Usage :Polyester films in general
Features :Semi-gloss finish with good leveling properties.
Excellent adhesion to film and outstanding compatibility with other inks
Excellent adhesion to hard-coated acrylics when used as two-part reaction type inks.
Diluents :Standard solvent: T-977
Slow dry solvent :T-980
Retarder : T-953
Wash-up : T-903
Screen mesh: 200-300 mesh / inch polyester or Nylon screens is recommended.
Coverage : 30©O per kilogram using a 250 mesh screen.
Drying time : One-pack:
Sets to touch in 20 minutes at 20¡æ or 5-15 minutes at 60¡æ.
ard dries in 1 week(air ¨Cdrying) or 30 minutes at 80¡æ.
Two ¨Cpart reaction
Sets to touch in 30 minutes at 60¡æ.
Hard dries in 30 minutes at 60¡æ.+4 days air-drying or 30 minutes at 80¡æ.
Inadequate drying may adversely affect adhesion due to leftover solvent.
Notes : Adhesion varies according to the condition of film surface. Verify before use.
While usage as 2-parts ink with 5-10% D-Hardener, will increase adhesion,
it will also cause rigidness over time. Apply hardener only as necessary.
