Diluents Standard T-477 Normally, diluents is not required but if necessary, use this solvent to restore the viscosity to original condition.
Screen mesh Polyester/Nylon 250~300 mesh/inch fabric and squeeze hardness 80 durometer is recommended. Half mirror transparency can be adjusted by screen mesh size.
Drying Initial drying at 50¡æx5~10 minutes before the forcing drying 80¡æ§·30 minutes is recommended.

Others •Printing conditions such as emulsion thickness, screen mesh size, drying condition, etc are important factors to get the original performance of half mirror sliver. Which influences the brightness and printing finish. •Check the adhesion and printing finish on the substrate before printing due to variation with time. Stir the ink well before the printing to avoid aluminum pigment agglutination OSA ¨Cseries or PPT ¨Cseries are suitable for printing as a back- up.
