Normally, it is not required but only use it to restore to the viscosity to original condition.
Screen mesh
Polyester/Nylon 250~300 mesh/inch fabric and squeeze hardness 80 durometer is recommended.
Drying
Drying at room temperature and then forced drying 70¡æ§·30 minutes is recommended.

Others
•Printing conditions such as emulsion thickness, screen mesh size, drying condition, etc are important factors to get the original performance. It influences the brightness and printing finish.
•HAC/BMR series or GAP series (with up to 10% N-HARDENER) are suitable for BACK UP inks
•Check the adhesion and printing finish on the substrate before printing due to variation with time. |
